Crafts, Connections, & Confidence (CCC)
A 5-Week Group for Neurodivergent Girls (Ages 10–12)
CCC is a small, supportive group designed for neurodivergent, girl-identifying participants to build confidence, social connection, and emotional awareness in a calm, creative environment. The group is intentionally limited to a maximum of seven participants to promote safety, meaningful connection, and individualized support.
Each session follows a consistent structure to support predictability and emotional safety, incorporating grounding strategies, hands-on activities, and opportunities for connection. Social learning is embedded within shared experiences rather than taught in a rigid or performative way, allowing participants to engage at their own pace and in ways that feel authentic to them.
The group centers strengths, choice, and belonging, with space to explore communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, and different ways of relating to others. Activities are designed to be flexible and creative, supporting both side-by-side and collaborative participation.
CCC is co-facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a Junior Behaviour Consultant, offering an interdisciplinary approach that blends emotional support and social skill development within a warm, neuro-affirming setting.

Dates

Families enrolling in CCC have the option of a brief 15-minute video call with either Samantha or Erin. This relaxed, low-pressure conversation is designed to help your child feel more comfortable and familiar before the group begins.
The purpose of this call is to gently introduce one of the group facilitators in a warm, approachable way, learn a bit about your child’s interests, strengths, and what helps them feel at ease in group settings, and to begin building a sense of safety and predictability ahead of the first session.
Many families find this short connection helps ease first-session nerves and supports a smoother transition into the group. It also gives us a chance to ensure the group feels like a supportive and appropriate fit before moving forward.
Optional Meet & Connect Call

The pre-teen years can be a time of increased social pressure, changing friendships, and growing self-awareness. CCC offers a space where girls can slow down, connect with peers, and practice social and emotional skills without the pressure to perform or fit a specific mould.
Through hands-on crafts, guided activities, and group discussion, participants will explore themes related to confidence, friendships, emotional awareness, and self-expression. Creativity is used as a bridge to connection, helping conversations and relationships unfold naturally.
Caregivers can feel confident knowing their child is practicing meaningful life skills while feeling supported, included, and understood.
