Children & Youth (4-18)
Our experience allows us to engage children in virtual therapy in a way that is fun, interactive, and tailored to their unique needs. We believe children thrive when therapy is enjoyable, so our approach is child-centered, and creative fostering resilience and highlighting their strengths. We also understand that many of the challenges children face occur in their everyday environments, whether at home or school. That’s why we collaborate closely with caregivers to identify practical adjustments that support the child outside of therapy, helping them thrive in all aspects of their life. By involving caregivers in the process, we not only enhance the child’s progress but also empower caregivers to confidently navigate mental health challenges and create lasting, positive change. The teenage years are full of change and growth, which can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation or being misunderstood. In our virtual therapy sessions, we create a safe, private, and judgment-free space where teens can open up about challenges like anxiety, depression, social isolation, self-esteem issues, identity, substance use, and the pressures of school and relationships. We also work closely with caregivers to offer support that strengthens the parent-teen relationship, helping families navigate this dynamic stage of life together Virtual therapy also offers unique advantages for children and teens, allowing them to engage in sessions from the comfort and familiarity of home. This creates a safe, relaxed environment where they can feel more at ease, helping them open up more freely. Plus, being at home means they can work on real-life challenges in real-time, making therapy feel more relevant and immediate. Virtual sessions eliminate the need to miss school or deal with the stress of getting kids into the car for an appointment, ensuring that therapy is convenient and accessible. Whether they’re navigating school stress, relationships, or personal growth, virtual therapy ensures that support is just a click away, right where the real change happens.
Adults (18+)
Adulthood is full of significant transitions and life changes, from decisions about education, career, and finances to navigating relationships, exploring identity, and seeking meaningful connections. Our virtual therapy remains creative and engaging, offering practical tools and strategies to support psychological and emotional well-being. We support adults in navigating life's challenges, noticing their resilience, exploring patterns, fostering emotional growth, and cultivating deeper self-awareness to enhance personal well-being. Family & Couples
Families play a crucial role in shaping our sense of self and identity, and their ability to come together to navigate challenges is essential. Family sessions complement both child and teen therapy, and as your clinician, I can help determine the type of session that best fits your family’s needs. Since the home environment has the biggest impact on change, far more than the time spent in sessions, I provide tools and skills for the whole family to practice at home, fostering deeper understanding, stronger relationships, and lasting positive change within the family system.
