Virtual Services
I believe therapy should fit seamlessly into your life, not the other way around. My virtual therapy service is designed to offer you quality support with the convenience of flexible scheduling. No more rushing through traffic or rearranging your day to make time for therapy—let me accommodate your busy lifestyle, saving you time to do more of what you love while also prioritizing your mental health with ease.
Virtual therapy also offers unique advantages for children and teens, allowing them to engage in sessions from the comfort and familiarity of home. This creates a safe, relaxed environment where they can feel more at ease, helping them open up more freely. Plus, being at home means they can work on real-life challenges in real-time, making therapy feel more relevant and immediate. Virtual sessions eliminate the need to miss school or deal with the stress of getting kids into the car for an appointment, ensuring that therapy is convenient and accessible. Whether they’re navigating school stress, relationships, or personal growth, virtual therapy ensures that support is just a click away, right where the real change happens.

Children (5-12) & Youth (13-18)
Our experience allows us to engage children in virtual therapy in a way that is fun, interactive, and tailored to their unique needs. We believe children thrive when therapy is enjoyable, so our approach is child-centered, and creative fostering resilience and highlighting their strengths. We also understand that many of the challenges children face occur in their everyday environments, whether at home or school. That’s why we collaborate closely with caregivers to identify practical adjustments that support the child outside of therapy, helping them thrive in all aspects of their life. By involving caregivers in the process, we not only enhance the child’s progress but also empower caregivers to confidently navigate mental health challenges and create lasting, positive change. The teenage years are full of change and growth, which can sometimes lead to feelings of isolation or being misunderstood. In our virtual therapy sessions, we create a safe, private, and judgment-free space where teens can open up about challenges like anxiety, depression, social isolation, self-esteem issues, identity, substance use, and the pressures of school and relationships. We also work closely with caregivers to offer support that strengthens the parent-teen relationship, helping families navigate this dynamic stage of life together
Adults (18+)
Adulthood is full of significant transitions and life changes, from decisions about education, career, and finances to navigating relationships, exploring identity, and seeking meaningful connections. Our virtual therapy remains creative and engaging, offering practical tools and strategies to support psychological and emotional well-being. We support adults in navigating life's challenges, noticing their resilience, exploring patterns, fostering emotional growth, and cultivating deeper self-awareness to enhance personal well-being. Family & Couples
Families play a crucial role in shaping our sense of self and identity, and their ability to come together to navigate challenges is essential. Family sessions complement both child and teen therapy, and as your clinician, I can help determine the type of session that best fits your family’s needs. Since the home environment has the biggest impact on change, far more than the time spent in sessions, I provide tools and skills for the whole family to practice at home, fostering deeper understanding, stronger relationships, and lasting positive change within the family system. What to Expect: The Therapy Flow
Starting Point: Celebrate Your Decision!
Take a moment to celebrate and be proud of yourself—or your child or family member—for taking the important step of seeking support. Whether you're starting your journey toward mental wellness as an individual, teen, child, or as a family, reaching out for help is a powerful decision. Yes, it might not seem like a big deal to you right now, but we believe that every step counts. We celebrate both the big and small wins, because each one represents progress on your path to well-being. You’re already making a positive impact on your life, and that’s something to feel really good about.
Step 1: Pre-Session Consultation:
Ok so, if we haven’t connected yet, I will reach out to ensure that we’re a good fit for working together before scheduling your first session. This ensures we align on your needs and goals.
Step 2: Intake Forms:
Once we decide to move forward, I’ll send you intake forms to complete before our first session. These forms help me gather important background information and include:
-Personal and contact information
-Medical history and mental health background
-Informed Consent for treatment and confidentiality
-Any specific concerns or goals you’d like to address
Step 3: Initial Session:
Our first session will focus on understanding your history, gathering more in-depth information, and setting therapy goals. We’ll discuss the challenges you’re facing and begin developing a treatment plan that’s tailored to your unique needs. Remember, you're the expert on your life, so your insights, experiences, and goals are central to guiding our work together. You know what works for you, and we’ll use that knowledge to create a path forward that feels right for you.
Step 4: Payment Information:
Payment is due before or at the time of your session. I accept payment via e-transfer or credit card. After your session, I’ll send an invoice that you can use towards your benefit/insurance plans if applicable.
Step 5: Ongoing Sessions:
Based on the initial session, we will meet regularly to track your progress, adjust the treatment plan as needed, and provide ongoing support. This is where the real transformation happens—together, we’ll refine our approach to ensure you’re getting the most effective care. You’ll have the flexibility to easily book appointments online at your convenience, making it simple to stay on track. Throughout our time together, we'll continue working to ensure you're receiving the best possible support on your journey.
