This complimentary discovery call is a brief, 15-minute opportunity to explore whether we’re a good fit to work together. While not a therapy session, the conversation is confidential, and I’ll answer questions about my approach and services. This time is meant to determine if your needs align with my scope of practice, with no obligation to proceed. If we decide to move forward and work together, I’ll provide details on the intake process. Should your needs be better supported by someone else, I’m happy to offer referrals.
