Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your session. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience: Fees and Payment -Payment methods accepted: [e-transfers, credit cards]. -Payment is due before or at the time of the session. -Invoices will be provided, which you can use for insurance reimbursement if applicable. Session Duration -Sessions are 50 or 70 minutes long (depending on our booking). -Late arrivals will not extend the session time, and the session will still end as scheduled. Virtual Sessions -Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet space for our conversation. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy -I understand that life happens, and schedules can change. That said, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full session fee. -I would much prefer to avoid charging you for a session you couldn’t attend, so please let me know as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.
